Application
- This machine is designed to handle Plastic Screw Cap, Snap Hinge Cap, Click-Lac cap and Flex Band Cap for round / square / irregular shape containers.

- Machine main construction by stainless steel SUS 304.
- Mitsubishi PLC Control system combined with Pro-Face touch screen.
- Fast changeover device and easy machine clearing.
- Capping head ( for one size only) with variable speed AC motor.
- Auto cap feeder with caps vibrating bowl and cap chute for one size only.
- Cap chute with photo sensor, machine will stop automatically while no cap.
- One air compressor (1 HP) is required (to be prepared by buyer).

- Bottle star-wheel for the 2nd different size of bottle size.
- Vibratory bowl and cap chute for the 2nd of screw cap.
- Cap hopper with elevator conveyor for supplying caps into cap sorter.
- Capping head for the 2nd different size of cap.
